SAV sponsors CIBSE Scotland golf for third year
Keen golfers enjoyed a spectacular day of golf at the SAV-sponsored CIBSE Scotland Golf Championship 2019 on 24th May. Once again held at the world-famous Gleneagles course, 22 teams competed in a Shotgun Start Texas Scramble for six top prizes, including nearest the pin, longest drive and nearest the pin in two.
After an energetic morning on the 18-holes of the Queen’s course, the golfers were treated to a sumptuous lunch and were able to take advantage of the Gleneagles practice area before heading home.
SAV Managing Director Lars Fabricius commented: “This is the third year that we have sponsored this event as it provides an ideal opportunity to get to know key decision makers in the building services industry in a relaxed atmosphere. Our presence in Scotland has been growing steadily and many of the engineers we meet at these events follow up with a visit to our low carbon energy centre in Edinburgh.”
