Heat Networks are crucial to making Net Zero a reality in the UK by 2050. As market leaders in Heat Network technologies, SAV is at the forefront of helping the UK decarbonise its buildings through its range of low carbon heating, cooling and ventilation solutions.
Net Zero is arguably the biggest challenge our generation will face.
Join our Graduate Scheme to help overcome this crucial challenge and shape the future of energy in the UK.

Applications Engineer (Graduate)
The relationship between SAV Systems and EnergiRaven is symbiotic. While SAV Systems focuses on implementing renewable technology and Heat Network solutions, EnergiRaven looks at the whole building and ensures energy efficiency. Together, they contribute to guiding the UK towards achieving Net Zero emissions. SAV leverages Danish Heat Network expertise and decades of experience, drawing on connections and lessons learned since the 1970s.
A heat network, sometimes called district heating typically supplies heat to several homes within a building and is designed to offer low-cost and low-carbon heat through the integration of renewable technologies and the utilisation of waste heat sources. The system requires a plant room (often located in the basement of the building) which generates, and pumps heated water throughout the building via a series of insulated pipes.
The Graduate Scheme lasts two years and builds on the skills, knowledge and experience you will have gained at university. You will be working at SAV Systems and our daughter company EnergiRaven.
We have developed our Graduate Scheme with a collaborative approach which involves six monthly rotations through the four distinct product categories in addition to placements in other areas of the business. The goal is to provide you with a well-rounded understanding of every aspect of the business and an appreciation of how everyone within SAV works together to achieve our mission: to help the UK achieve its Net Zero ambitions.
Upon completion of the Graduate Scheme, there are a range of different pathways available. Some examples are:
Trustworthy
Collaborative
Knowledgeable
Challenging
Energetic
