AMR

READy is an advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) and AMR system for remote reading that can be used to collect data from meters via the hardwired M-Bus infrastructure or wirelessly through wireless M-Bus, 2G&4G or LinkIQ. The system can be tailored to meet the Client’s needs in terms of data collection and frequency.

For Clients, READy enables fast and easy access to the consumption data needed to facilitate fair and accurate billing, as well as data that can be used to reduce bypasses, optimise operations, and improve customer services.

Performance Metrics

Automatic monitoring and targeting (aM&T) are central to READy, allowing the user to quickly identify poor performance. Through the heat reports analysis tab and when utilising Kamstrup energy meters it is possible to see the Volume Weighted Average Return/Flow Temperatures (VWART and VWAFT) for the scheme. Locating the dwellings that have a high return temperature is an easy way to reduce the energy waste in Heat Networks.
