Located in London, The Hyde, Colindale is a landmark residential development combining modern design with long-term performance. Historically, The Hyde originated as a small hamlet recorded in the 13th century and grew through the 19th and 20th centuries from farmland to an industrial and then suburban area, which is today today undergoing major regeneration as part of North London’s renewal. For London Square Developments, the aim was to deliver high quality homes supported by a centralised, low-carbon heat network. Beyond technical success, the project highlighted the importance of partnership, with SAV acting as a responsive collaborator throughout supply, commissioning, and handover.
