This CPD seminar explores the design of hybrid energy centres using large delta T heat pumps, and their application in heat networks and commercial buildings. It contrasts first generation and second generation heat pumps, focusing on how second generation heat pumps are implemented within all-electric hybrid energy centres to manage peak demand and improve system performance.

What is the format of the CPD Seminar?
SAV seminars are informal, and questions are welcomed at any stage from attendees.
They are often held during lunchtime and have a maximum duration of 1.5 hours. Supplementary material will be made available to consolidate knowledge.
