JP Morgan, Argyle Street
FloCon Commissioning Modules accelerated flushing and commissioning on the JP Morgan Argyle Street development, centralising hydraulic balancing while improving long-term monitoring and adaptability. The redevelopment of JP Morgan’s office on Argyle Street in Glasgow brought together a complex city-centre site, a large contractor team, and the expectation of a seamless handover for one of the world’s most recognisable financial institutions. With hundreds of fan coil units distributed across multiple levels, the building services installation demanded careful coordination. As commissioning approached, it became clear that a traditional terminal-by-terminal approach risked slowing progress. The scale of the installation meant that accessing every ceiling void would add time and complexity. The project required a more efficient method.
