Utilizing waste heat

De-centralised CHP power generation has 28% lower carbon footprint and 45% lower energy cost compared to gas fired power stations.

CHP and Heat Pump integration

To provide an integrated low carbon design, heat pumps are a incorporated in the energy centre to use site-generated CHP electricity. This promotes longer CHP running hours, cost savings and a smaller site footprint whilst the heat pump thermal output helps to meet site thermal load by preheating return water.

Front - end Support

To secure planning permission for construction projects can be a time-consuming process. When it comes to energy usage, involvement by specialist assessors can be expected at an early stage. SAV’s CHP Group are well-placed to help with this aspect by providing CHP assessments of different scenarios.
