SAV Systems has been shortlisted in four categories of the HVR Awards 2018, recognising our exceptional performance in areas ranging from customer service through to product innovation and sustainability.

The four categories are Customer Service Person of the Year, Sustainable Product of the Year, Commercial/Industrial Ventilation Product of the Year and Distributor of the year.

The nominee for Customer Service Person of the Year is Senior Site Support Engineer Keith Waller, who has special responsibility for heat networks. Not only is Keith a reliable and competent site engineer, he has also demonstrated outstanding customer engagement, which adds real value to each project.

In the Sustainable Product category, the in inherent energy efficiency of the Danfoss FlatStation 7 Series DS (R-FI) heat interface unit has been acknowledged, as have the sustainable production techniques used in its manufacture.

Innovation is also evident in Airlinq Online, which has won through to the finals in the Commercial Ventilation Product of the Year. Airlinq Online is a cloud-based web portal that uses ‘Internet of Things’ connectivity to provide centralised administration of AirMaster Smart Ventilation Units, whilst retaining of the benefits of a decentralised ventilation system.

Finally, being shortlisted in the Distributor of the Year category is clear recognition of how we have taken distribution to new levels – far beyond simply moving products from A to B. In this respect, we have demonstrated an unequalled understanding of the challenges facing the industry, and a willingness to engage closely with various stakeholders to arrive at the best solution.
