Easy to install DHW and BCW Manifolds
Multi-port manifolds have great potential to reduce site installation time. In addition, integral isolators in the manifolds mean that space requirements for installation / maintenance are far less than for installations with valves in line.
Individual Domestic Hot Water and Boosted Cold Water manifolds can be supplied with 2, 3 or 4 ports. For more than 4 connections at a time, manifolds can simply be coupled together. Where necessary, manifolds can be fitted with additional isolators, drain valves and filters. Supply line sizes between 20 to 50mm can easily be accommodated.
SAV Systems can arrange to supply end connectors according to the type of piping specified to the installer. Given reasonable notice, SAV can accommodate multilayer, compression, or Hep2o piping.
Alupex flexible multilayer piping is a stock item at SAV Systems. It is easy to run, requires minimal installer training and can reduce installation time by over 40% relative to traditional rigid systems, according to the Building Services Research and Investigation Association (BSRIA).
