Gifford StreetA re-development of the Gifford Street area of Lewisham to provide necessary facilities for the local area, including a new-build multi-residential development consisting of 40 apartments and 8 studios.

The solution

Supplied and installed one 15kWe/30kWth

LoadTracker CHP unit to provide 86% of site heating and hot water demand.

25 tonnes of CO2 emissions could be reduced annually by installing a CHP system relative to a conventional mains supply/ gas boiler system.

This is an equivalent 24% reduction of CO2 emissions.
